RINO Scott Brown

Well that didn’t take long. I guess people from all across the country are kicking themselves for jumping onto the bandwagon and sending support to this man. Obviously he either doesn’t understand the tide that swept him into office or he really pulled the wool over the collective eyes of the frustrated populace. Personally, I think he is a typical inside politician who believes the government SHOULD fix everything. From his facebook page this morning:
“I came to Washington to be an independent voice, to put politics aside, and to do everything in my power to help create jobs for Massachusetts families. This Senate jobs bill is not perfect. I wish the tax cuts were deeper and broader, but I am voting for it because it contains measures that will help put people back …to work. … I hope for improvements in that process going forward.”
I think this what you might call “foreshadowing”–The Health Care Bill is not perfect either and he did say he believed everyone was entitled to health care.

“Personally, I think he is a typical inside politician who believes the government SHOULD fix everything.”
The majority of Republicans are not supporting this bill only because it was scaled back from their original proposal.
Do I believe we should rely on the government to bring us out of a government induced situation? Not really.
Do I believe that these tax cuts/credits will help employment in this county? They might, but only slightly.
The forecasts I read anticipate 250,000 jobs will be created if this bill is passed. You would think that they could find better use of $15 Billion (that they do not have).

This bill is ridiculous. They have over $500B from the original stimulus bill that has not been spent? Why on earth do they need more money??? Except for the fact that that original porkulous money is to be used to buy votes in November.
