I personally have experienced the so called waterboarding. I did not consider it torture. Being locked in a dark box that is just a bit too small for you is what I would call torture. 30 minutes seem like 30 years. I wish the wise men in Congress would stick to domestic issues and stay out of war/intel matters. Preemption of on-scene Commanders always results in poor decisions. This whole waterboarding thing is really a distraction isn't it? Does be-heading qualify as 'torture'? Or do your prisoners actually have to live and gain weight after the interrogation?
