Open Thread

What to post when you don’t really have time to write another epic post? An open thread of course! Hopefully, some of the Liberty Bunker faithful will post interesting tidbits about their freeze-dried bug collections, or some equally interesting topic to keep the fire burning while I work on some new posts. Maybe some of the silent lurkers would even venture forth a comment or two?
I’ve been at this blogging thing for almost three months now, and it can be trying to keep coming up with fresh ideas that aren’t just about the f-up of the day of Obama and his Administration minions, or Ad-minions as I refer to them. It’s tough because I really didn’t want this blog’s modus operandi to be just slapping down Obeyme, but with his actions he’s really left me little choice. I’m not out of ideas for posts by a long shot, its just that every day I wake up, there is something else put forth by Chairman Obeyme or his Ad-minions that needs something said about it – its distracting, not to mention very scary if you value the system of government that our Founding Fathers bequeathed to us as I do. So, although I wish I didn’t have as many Obeyme-centric posts as I do, I view all of it pertinent to the cause of preserving our liberty.
Stay tuned, I hope to have some more original posts out by early next week.

Swine flu is entering the US from Mexico(along with some pigs)Thankfully the President is aware of this situation and is monitoring it closely.

Yeah, that’s comforting!

Funny how aware he is of the eight cases of swine flu, but absolutely no comment from him on the hundreds of thousands of protesters last week.

Longshanks,
Don’t stare at those ‘hood cutouts’ too long. You might go blind!

OK so maybe the swine flu is more important than I thought. Good article here:

I checked it out – sounds like the author is saying that the severity of this outbreak is being suppressed?
omb | Apr 26, 2009 | Reply
OMB, I am not sure what is going on with this thing. Suppressed or just delayed for some reason. I don’t get it. CNN.com just posted the government has declared a public health emergency. Something in this story is strange and I have not figured it out.

Ah! Evidently we are in short supply of primary care doctors in the US. I am sure we will have plenty that will be working for the government soon…

Ok first of all–funny video posted above, if any of you are trekkies.
Secondly-BigJBo if you’re out there, I’d love to read your take on the conclusions of the “stress tests” and the how certain banks are going to raise more capital.
