Huh,that’s weird.  Did he actually say we shouldn’t spend more than we have?  Well of course George Washington and James Madison didn’t inherit an economic crisis like we face now…Wait, they also didn’t have out of control spending in congress.  They also didn’t have a Federal Reserve controlling money flow…
